Music and Mime - Every Friday (term time only)

A fun music and signing group for babies and toddlers at Poole Museum.Sing nursery rhymes, make music and learn simple signs for everyday communication. Suitable for babies and toddlers (0-3 years old)

A Lecture by conservation expert Jane Foley & Brian Hall of Hall Conservation.
The Sea Music Celebration Lectures are part of a series of free special events, celebrating the conservation of the 25 year old Sea Music sculpture by Anthony Caro on Poole Quay.

Jane Foley specialist in the conservation of monuments and sculpture will speak about 'Decay mechanisms in public sculpture to include those of painted steel or copper’ and then discuss the conservation of Sea Music with Brian Hall, head of our appointed conservators Hall Conservation. There will be time at the end for questions and discussion.

If so, bring them along to our free drop-in session at Poole Museum and get your questions answered by a specialist. Claire Pinder and Ciorstaidh Trevarthen, from Dorset County Council's Historic Environment Team, will be here to identify your archaeological finds and help to solve the mystery!
